  Shannon Costanzi was a joy and a stress reliever to work while purchasing a new home.; never in a grumpy mood, patient when I needed things explained. Kudos for Shannon for being so kind while representing a huge company with several clientele everyday. I felt like I was her sole client due to her quick responses and willingness to help me; she made my purchase/closing extremely smooth. What a pleasure to work with someone so patient and kind during an already stressful situation.

  I’m sharing this experience because I was not satisfied with the response we got back from the Senior Vice President of that office Tim Potempa. We called a phone call today for a guy by the name of Austin about an inquiry we made through usdaloans.com. Every time I tried to talk he interrupts me and would over talk me. He said he couldn’t give me any info with our running my credit which is a lie. He said OneTrust only works with real numbers not imaginary numbers. He had a condescending tone and was very rude. We were willing to give the lending company another chance but instead the response I got back from Tim was simply he would address it and wished us the best. That’s not good enough for me. Sounds like they cover over bad behavior which is disappointing.
