      Was trying to do an urgent wire transfer for a home closing. The bank manager turned me down saying he didnt have the available time and was rude saying only with an appointment could i get that done. This is not true as i had done a wire transfer before at a different bank of america without an appointment and friendly staff helped me. This one in particular the manager just came off as snobby and rude. Incompetent manager.
