      Terrible Terrible credit union. They will not work with you. I needed bank records from my old acct and was told I needed to physically be in office to get records even though I had moved out of state. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS CREDIT UNION..BEWARE

      They are a great bank that does a good job. This bank does not compare to Covington location as it is much better. This bank is not personable at all as you have to use a phone system to tall to someone. Covington is old fashioned to where you walk up to the counter, and have a live person to interact with. I would give this bank a higher rating if it was more like Covington, but it is not and will never be. Covington location employs a bunch of rockstars over there.
