You ever walk into somewhere and you get the vibe nobody wants to be there. It's shocking and such a beautiful place has a terrible aurora. Nobody greeted me while everyone in offices with their head down almost shocked to see someone walk in. I won't visit this place again. Even my big bank across the street at least two people smile and say hello. Entire staff here needs training or coffee and management should be ashamed.

I've been a member for 10 years and I've always felt like Onpoint had my back... Unlike my experience where bankers and management was solutions focused, Josh seemed to believe that I wasn't worth his time. Perhaps it's just the management of this branch...
