I come in and cash my checks all the time from the same check writer and they take a really long time to do it. They search through their computer and I could be standing with the teller for like over 10 minutes sometimes while other bank locations get me in and out. They have good service though. I just don’t have time to do the same wait every single time.

This branch allows PROVEN FRAUD without even being smart enough to act embarrassed. Management allows low level employees to allow fraudulent charges with zero consequence. Problems are serious and not new- be prepared to hear about this branch on a national PR level. Seriously criminal stuff here , with evidence
