      Opened an account a week ago. Was with a bank for over 10 years. My husband had a business account with them, and spoke praises of this CU. Opened a joint checking and savings, deposited a couple checks totalling over only 6k. The bank said they would put a 7 day hold on the checks, which we understand. What they failed to mention is, it is 7 business days. Called customer service to release one check because it is a local credit union, and the manager refused. Really happy I still have my other account, with a different bank. STAY AWAY FROM ONPOINT. Zero customer service, with lack of communication. We're probably going to close our accounts next week. If they ever release OUR money
