I can't recommend OnTime Mortgage enough. When big lenders treated me as a number, OnTime treated me like a human being. They were competitive, patient and diligent in answering all my questions. I could text/email them and have a response in minutes. After getting vague answers and 24+ hour email response times from "bigger lenders", it's incredibly clear that OnTime was the correct team to work with.

We had a unique situation that Kevin helped us out with. We were switching from a privately-financed loan to a traditional mortgage and the private lender was, often times, uncooperative. Kevin helped us from start to finish throughout the process, which proved to be somewhat drawn out, due to issues with the original private loaner. Kevin was always easy to get in touch with and consistently knew what the next move should be to free us up from our original contract as quickly as possible. We would recommend Kevin and OnTime Mortgage to anyone looking for someone who is tough, knows the ropes or mortgage financing and will fight for his clients at all costs.

This was my first experience using OnTime Mortgage and I hope to use them in the future. Kevin assisted me from day 1 and his entire team kept me up to date as soon as something changed (typically 3-4 times/day). I live in Chicago and they processed the property for me in PawPaw MI. They explained all my options and followed through with everything needed to get me across the finish line. What can I say? I wish I knew of them in my prior purchases. Definitely a keeper!
