Surprised at the low scores. I use this bank for work. Every employee I've come in contact with has been nothing but super nice.. they even give my dog treats when I go through the drive up!

usually good with what I do here. I work in the area and I stop by here almost every week to deposit money. Now I have the workers here asking me 21 questions while Im depositing money or asking for change for the store I work at. I didnt know it was bank policy to ask their customers why they need change or why they are asking for a roll of quarters. When you go to a bank you expect to give dollars in exchange for coins, not be interrogated by the branch workers.

Veronica and Kelly are the absolute worst. I had fraud on my account and they are doing little to nothing to fix this issue. I don’t feel my money is safe here anymore. And will be canceling my account. I also will be going up the chain and contacting who we need to contact to get these issues fixed.
