  Rich Klemkowski worked above and beyond to get me the best interest rate possible. Due to Covid-19 issues with commencing my home build, I missed the low interest rates, but Rich got me the better deal. He is a hard working guy but I am very appreciative and happy in my new home. I'll be watching the interest rates, and as soon as they drop (Lord willing) I'll be in touch! Call him, you won't regret it.

  A month ago or so ago Richard found me an amazing rate below 3% which was unheard considering the sharp increases in mortgage rates. When rates dropped he called immediately to inform me of the drop in rates and we were able to lock me in. Grant it, I have a great credit score, but it was his actions that saved me a ton of money! Thanks so much for everything you did behind the scenes to help me save money in other areas too with my VA loan.
