      I had the immense pleasure of talking to Mr. Jason Trinidad (I hope I spelled his name correctly) who is the assistant manager here in Ramsey, New Jersey, and Mr. Nash Soleiman (I hope I spelled his name correctly as well) who is the manager and also here in Ramsey, New Jersey. I had to deal with a frustrating experience as a customer and/or client of Trustco Bank purely because I wanted to do business with this bank on many levels, but I was given inaccurate information. However, both of these exemplary gentlemen, Mr. Trinidad and Mr. Soleiman, went above and beyond expectations. Consequently, I choose to continue to do business with Trustco Bank. Since the Great Resignation is a serious problem in our phenomenal nation, we have to be nimble customers and/or clients of banks in order to get the correct financial services we desire. I hope that Trustco Bank hires savvy human beings such as Mr. Jason Trinidad and Mr. Nash Soleiman who both deserve a perfect score of five out of five stars.
