Friendly and incredibly helpful staff! I had to create a membership and transfer financing from the dealer I bought my car from, and within 2 hours I had everything I needed and on my way. Looking forward to banking with OCCU, definitely won me over. Shoutout to Ethan and Natasha for helping me too! :)

The best banking experience for me for the last two years and their Customer service is always stellar. They had one of the better CD rates so I had been making 6 months certificates there for years and last year 2020 the Rep suggested and hooked me up with a financial advisor to invest in the stock market instead of just keep putting large amount in the cd. I was really ignorant about the stocks so I ended up not going for it but now I realized that his suggestion was the best option for me. Still kicking my self for not following his advice. I greatly appreciate their honesty and the awesome customer service. They have great products, friendly service and they truly look out for your best interest, very rare to find these days!
