  Long waits at St. Andrews branch. I don’t go in to the branch very often, but when I do there is always long lines with only a couple tellers working on many customers problems. Today waited 38 minutes before I was helped.

  This location is actually their headquarters and where I have opened my accounts both times I have banked with OCCU. However, I have become dissatisfied with paying a monthly fee for my checking account, and being forbidden from photographing a unique architectural feature of another branch within Santa Ana. See my reviews of the other branch for details.

With our Basic Checking, the monthly service fee is waived when either: 1) Direct Deposit is enabled, 2) When the account has an average daily balance of $750, 3) For Members who have reached Premier or Platinum levels in our Relationship Rewards Program or 4) For Member ages 62+. Please reach out to our Member Experience team at (714) 755-5900 extension 4401 during business hours if you would like to discuss more about enabling Direct Deposit, any other qualifications for waiving monthly service fees or if you'd like to learn more about our privacy and security policies in relation to photography from inside our branch locations.
