Rod answered any questions or concerns I had with a high level expertise. It truly shows that they care about their members. I'd highly recommend Oregonians Credit Union if you're looking to get a loan or any banking needs! 10/10!

  Honestly the most dysfunctional credit union I have have tried joining. After a hard pull on my credit to open a simple checking account it has been days of trying to get my online banking set up. Passwords and and all log in information don't work and I have wasted so much time and energy trying to open this account. I've been in contact with the credit union for the last 2 weeks and still a huge hassle. I would highly recommend using a different credit union. 5 stars for the nice guy I've been emailing, but 0 stars for the credit union.

  Outstanding customer service! Rodrick, the branch manager, spoke on the phone with me on a Friday for 20+ minutes and took me through what was required to open a new account for a small nonprofit in North Portland. He emailed all the documents that needed to be completed, and when I met with him on the following Monday, everything was processed quickly, professionally. This interaction setting up a new checking account was a first for me, and it went so smoothly. PLUS everyone was friendly, attentive and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more.
