  Service at this bank is almost nonexistant. Us Bank is becoming the worst service of all banks. I will move to another branch even tho I live nearby this branch. Very poor service and almost No training. Arctic Heating & Refrigeration and Jim Wynn

  Getting a notary at this bank is ridiculous. Training is sorely lacking in notarizing documents as sometimes they will notarize a document for the secretary of the company (a company that has been banking there for 40+ years) and other times they will not allow it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The employee who dealt with us, Cynthia Corona, was particularly difficult, both by phone and in-person. A very frustrating experience!! 😔
