  I never liked Orion after I started using them but i kept using them anyway. My main thing is i want to see my pending transactions and i always want my balance to reflect accurately. This was a major problem with them being that I wasn’t able to see pending transactions until days later. A couple days ago Orion got an app update, my my my it’s a headache! I can no longer transfer money from my checking to my credit card. I no longer have access to lock and unlock my card, and it seems like now they never even answer the phone. There’s a new feature that allows you to send them a message through the app. When i sent a message asking how to use the lock and unlock feature they responded and said “i unlocked your card” completely furious i called over and over again to no avail because again they don’t answer the phone anymore. I finally replied and informed them that i did not ask or give them permission to unlock my card and asked them to lock it back. They responded and said they closed my card. Again furious because why?? Like I really wish I didn’t have a credit card with these people

  Ive dealt with quite few credit unions an this one by far the worst when comes to technology. App definitely needs a serious overhaul. The system set-up to charge overdraft fees than it turns around the next day an charge late fees on top of the overdraft. Never get any bank statements...I'm done here
