  We love our ORNL as a whole, but this location is not taking care of it's customers! If your ATM has been down for almost a full week because lightning hit it, then maybe instead of fooling with it to no avail, just replace the dang thing already! It's pretty bad when a customer can't even get ahold of their own branch on the phone to talk to them .. no, instead I have to go through the call center! Then you have the call center tell me to go to an ATM 35 miles away from my home! I work in Knoxville, but I am NOT driving home to get the funds that I need to deposit TODAY and driving all the way back to Knoxville! Maybe I need to rethink having all our eggs in one basket and look into another financial institution ... this is ridiculous! I feel like I live in Mayberry, LOL! What about your customers who do not have the convenience of working in Knoxville or around another ATM location or are not able to get to your location when your bank is open? Lovely customer service through a call center rep! This is just crazy!

  Horrible customer service all the way around. Purchased a vehicle and obtained the loan through ORNL. Attempted to use the banking app, and have since been locked out of my entire account for 2 months. After attempting to contact the customer care line during different times of day/evening/mornings, I've been on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes each time without ever speaking to a representative. The autmoatic hold voice says that my call is important to them, but clearly it is not. Horrible system ran so poorly, I have intention on finding another bank to transfer my loan to.
