The Trust Department is an absolute joke. Inconsistent in how they handle estates, slow to respond, slow to make things happen, do not have the best interest of the heirs in mind, do not follow thru with what they say they will do. There are much better and more caring options available.

The worst banking experience of my life. They should get minus five stars. It has taken over a month to get an IRA transferred to Fidelity. The front office doesn't know what the back office is doing. No one can provide a reason the transfer can't take place. Finally after a threat of a complaint with the SEC and BBB we got results. Absolutely ridiculous. There are too many competent financial organizations available for anyone to bother with these rubes. Take your money elsewhere.
