      I am impressed with this credit union every time I turn around. They are up to date with common credit union options such as online banking, immediate card replacements and mobile deposits. Some in the area are far far behind but not UCU. Service is impeccable. I caused an issue to happen with my account. It was not an easy fix. They stayed on it and updated me as they worked on it. I was patient. Customer for life because of Naomi!!

      Knowledgeable staff, courteous and friendly. Very accomodating and helpful with unusal requests like setting up external transfers between out of state banks, wire transfers of funds to out of state real estate closings, etc. .

      You all knew that I was going to travel, and now I am left stranded, while my assets are frozen, and I just checked my accounts, online, this afternoon; everything is fine. No Customer Service hours on a Saturday. You cannot make a simple phone call before you take such an action? You even waited a whole week, of me travelling, before doing so. That is negligent on your behalf, and now a big inconvenience to me. If my card was lost, or stolen, I would be liable to report such. I do not need your permission, and I am definitely now regretful for having switched to your institution. My former Credit Unions did not leave me in such a situation. What a joke, UCU is turning out to be.
