  They treated us like family! My advisor was there 24/7 answering phones and text messages no matter what time it was! The more he communicated with us the more we were able to trust him!!!! As my wife would say Quinn is our brother from another mother!!!

  So the only reason I’m giving two stars is because they did the right thing at the end and did not make me pay the appraisal fee ... so that saved y’all from 1 Star I guess . Least they could do though since I had to pay an inspection fee for nothing now . I was working with this group for over two months and was under the impression that everything was going well and we were in good shape . Well 3 days from closing I’m notified that we no longer are approved due to the fact I make my money commission based . Mind you they knew this from the start and should’ve realized it way sooner .. especially for someone who has been doing it for over 30 years . But evidently he didn’t and evidently he’s not the best at reading pay stubs either. I get why I wasn’t approved now, however it baffles me that it wasn’t caught sooner and it baffles me that you can be this far in the home buying process if your not technically approved that should change. Because now thanks to his supposed go ahead and my realtors . We have only 2 weeks to find somewhere to live cause we had already given 30 day notice to our apartment. BECAUSE WE WERE 3 days from closing 😡. They don’t care that we don’t know where we’re gonna live yet me my girlfriend and two children under the age of 5 . It’s just sad they did us this way and it’s sad how far you can go if your not really approved. Like how can I be under a contract on a house if I’m not approved so stupid . Anyways mike Manicone was my loan officer who really dropped the ball and then acted like it wasn’t his fault or that he couldn’t see it coming which is a joke considering how long he’s done this ... like dude take ownership even when you screw up . Then the branch manager says don’t judge our branch off of him well news flash mam he works for y’all and represents y’all . So I’m stop there I would stay away from them . They’ve caused a true crisis situation with making where I’m gonna now live uncertain ... two weeks to find some where to live . Thanks again OVM !

  Application process was very smooth. All the questions I had were answered promptly. Process was quick and efficient.
