Credit Control was awesome to my son Garrett, who endured great debt due to a car accident that was not his fault. Company has been patient with him as he works with UVA hospital on how to resolve this. They have always been respectful and helpful. I'm sorry for all those that feel they didn't get great service, and once in awhile you may get someone that isn't good in any company, but in my son's case with Credit Control Co. that has not been the experience.

This company is a straight up scam. I called the original provider, multiple times and they have told me my balance has been paid in full for years. This company still trying to collect on literally nothing. There is nothing to collect on, the claim has been paid. I talked to them about this multiple times but they want money, but for what? The original provider was paid, so are they just going to pocket this money for themselves? Seems likely since I talked to provider multiple times about this and are unaware. Pretty obvious scam company playing under the guise of a credit collector. They should be investigated for fraud.

The worst Collection Company Ever!! Employees are the rudest!! I was going to pay a debt/collection this morning but the person on the other end of the phone was not helpful and very rude!!
