  This has been the most challenging journey of my life and I am so glad, that Mike and LIz were apart of my team. If you want the best team and peole who really care and that is over top awesome at their craft. This team I believe no one can lose because they are winners and they will male sure you win too. I can write forever about the challenges but what stuck out the most is they made me feel they cared and they made a promise and it happened. Best services by far

  This company came onto my property and placed their marketing signs on my home without asking permission or informing me. I would not use a company with shady marketing techniques.

  Was recommended OVM by a close friend, was told I should work with Blake S. We were having great communication and results….. until all of the sudden we could no longer work with Blake due to a change in company policy. So our loan was given to another loan officer at OVM Maria T. and this Is where things got rocky. We were told they couldn’t honor our original interest rate and we’d have to be locked in at a higher rate.. We were then told our closing date would have to be postponed because OVM couldn’t find an appraiser they approved of. Nearly 4 weeks after our original closing date and countless hours of begging for answers and just plain twirling our thumbs waiting we finally are told we can close. Well then we get told we’ll have to wait another day to close and that our interest rate lock would expire that day. Luckily our agent threw a fit and was able to for once get someone off their a$$ and get something done so we could close. One of the most frustrating experiences of our life’s. If you don’t want to take my word for it just look at the latest reviews and you’ll see this seems to be a trend.

Please know that our intention was to exhaust every resource at our disposal to help you move forward. In regards to the closing date and appraisal, unfortunately, appraisers are third-party partners and we have limited control over scheduling on their behalf. Your loan officer has been notified of this review, and has contacted you in hopes of coming to a resolution. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to make this right.
