      The folks at Ameritrust are the most incompetent group of mortgage professionals I have ever encountered. They messed up every step along the way once we got to the closing stage. If I go into detail and describe everything they dropped the ball on, this review would be pages and pages long. As I write this, I still haven't closed on my house. My belongings are packed, and I took vacation time to move, but since they can't pay attention to detail - or even large issues for that matter - I will be sitting in a packed up apartment over the weekend wasting away my vacation days for no reason. I cannot express strongly enough what a frustrating experience this has been and how far far away I recommend any one stay from this company if they wish to keep their sanity.
