The two workers were horrible at attending and explaining the new rules of cashing a check. They weren’t kind, they had no patience, and wouldn’t tell me exactly what I was asking. I got $8 taken away from my check and the workers wouldn’t explain anything to me whenever I was asking them.

We are sorry to hear this, the reason why the charge has increased to $8 is only in personal checks, since this type of checks has a higher risk and nowhere do they want to change them, we are the only check cashing that takes the risk of change them in NWA. The charge is also for the service and the hours in which we are working are very long hours that the bank does not cover, also the bank does not give you the cash instantly, it takes a couple of days to give you all the money, that is why it is the I charge what you do in a Check cashing. **Payroll Checks (cheques de trabajo) 1% :) We appreciate your understanding.
