  Recently closed on our fourth loan/refi with Pacific Financial and being a repeat customer tells a simple story... no reason to go anywhere else when the results are as good as you can expect! Everyone there has been excellent and Mike Riggs in particular has distinguished himself as extraordinarily knowledgeable about the industry and has proven himself to be very reliable from advice to closing. I followed him to Pacific Financial after experiencing his great work on both hard money loans and ordinary mortgages and I wouldn't consider calling anyone else for future needs!

  Very good refinancing experience.... A+++ It was a pleasure doing business with Dave Hill and Michael Riggs, they are professionals and honest, made the refinance process very comfortable and easy to understand, always answering all my questions pertaining all the required documents.
