  43 days from initial contact regarding my refinance to closing. I would say this is a pretty good turnaround. We had a few bumps with a water test and appraisal but John and Misty got things done to get our loan done on time. I highly recommend PH Loans. John Nation and Misty Fisher you are the best. Thanks for a great interest rate and a great loan.

  I’m a US military veterans. I applied for VA home loan from this company and this company is a liar. Their agent told me to wait 6 months to get approve on the the Loan but they never call.

  I want to start off by informing everyone reading this review that Erick Cisneros at Pacific Home Loans rocks at noon!!! My name is Elsa Leon and the following is how I got to work with Erick. My good friend received advertisement in the mail from Erick’s office. She was curious and thinking about possibly refinancing so she gave Erick a call. Erick answered her questions and gave her some estimates however, she still felt like I had to speak to him because she wanted a second opinion on his offer. Shortly after that, she set up a 3- way conference call where I got the opportunity to listen to Erick’s offer. I was immediately impressed with him for 2 reasons. First of all his communication style was very unique. He explained everything with great detail in layman’s terms. It’s extremely unusual to find a professional in his realm of business that understands that the common civilian may not understand the mortgage world lingo. Secondly, his level of knowledge absolutely stunned me. He answered every question with a great degree of security that only an experienced individual can do. We were sold! Therefore, immediately after our 3- way conference call ended my good friend sent Erick all the paperwork he requested to get her home refinance rolling. As for me, the 2 reasons mentioned above were the deciding factors in giving Erick a call on a possible refinancing on my home. After Erick explained all possibilities on my refinancing I was a bit slow at deciding which term I would take. Erick didn’t pressure me, on the contrary he made sure I understood my choices and made me aware that regardless of my decision he was there for me. If there was any information I didn’t quite understand or needed explained again he was always available and more then happy to assist. After finally deciding on the terms of my refinancing Erick got right to work and made sure my transaction ran smoothly from beginning to end. Furthermore, I appreciate how Erick made the whole process pain-free and quick. Erick definitely made the process as simple as possible by explaining each step in a clear concise manner. Needless to say that he was always available for questions or clarification up until the end of my funding. I truly appreciate his responsiveness and integrity. He made a scary, unknown process very smooth and clear. I have shared my refinance experience with many people and everyone I’ve talked to have been impressed by the interest rate on my refinance and how organized and fast things went. I won't hesitate to refer his great service if given the opportunity (which I have already done so). Erick is definitely one of your company’s greatest assets. Please convey my appreciation to Erick Cisneros for a job well done. I hope that he may assist me with future transactions. Overall, I thank PH Loans for doing such a terrific job securing financing for me (and my good friend). You got me an excellent rate that was competitive with the very best offers out there. Once again thank you Erick Cisneros for going the extra mile for me. It was definitely a pleasure working with you!
