  Steven and his team went above and beyond to refinance my mortgage. I had a refinance in progress through another bank who was asking extremely high closing costs and I reached out to PHL for a 2nd opinion. Steven and team were certain they could not only beat the offer rate but also decrease those closing costs. You can speak with them easily on the phone and they keep you very up to date at every step along the way. I have recommended them to all my friends and will not finance another mortgage through any one else!
