      I just want to take the time to give a shout out to Brett. He was able to get us a loan for our first flip in this city. He provided guidance as well as refferals for attorney, title company as well as where to find the best materials. Nothing but class.

      These people provided pre-approval letter and then waited the entire months with very little communication to say that they couldn't close. Wasted a month of everyone's time and money. It doesn't take a month to figure out of you can fund a home after you are already pre-approved. They should be help accountable for the costs. Terrible business practice.

      DO NOT WORK WITH BRIAN BUTLER!!! He does not pay his bills! He hired my husband to do work did him on a property and the check has been in the mail for over 10 weeks. He is shady and I wouldn’t trust him with a dime of my money. Save yourself the lawsuit and liens on your new home because he failed to pay contractors. Lowest of low for sure.
