  I loved working with Austin Moore from Pacific Wholesale Mortgage!!! He is so amazing I don’t know where to start. Firstly, Austin was recommended to me last year around October by my supervisor at Kaiser. I was working with another lender that basically promised me A LOT, got me to escrow but only to tell me - it wasn’t even him, literally my realtor called me- that he messed up on the numbers! I lost over $2,500(no apology) but I should have called Austin back then. This time around, my supervisor gave him my info and Austin CALLED ME! I put my faith in the universe and Austin Moore made it happen for me! At 34 I’m FINALLY a home owner. I love that Austin made himself always available, made sure I UNDERSTOOD the process and I completely felt like he was ON MY SIDE- his integrity came through and although I was nervous (after what happened with the last lender ) he made sure to re-assure me and even said that if he felt he couldn’t help me, he would tell me. He wasn’t about to waste my time and I appreciated so much his candidness. The planets aligned perfectly for me and they pointed to Austin Moore but please save yourself the trouble I went through and give him a call! Don’t waste your time with other lenders :) —— My escrow officer was Shelley and how sweet she is! She was so kind over the phone and made sure I had all the information I needed and even coordinated the notary to come to my house after my shift ended at Kaiser which was INCREDIBLE! My notary was Leanne and even she said the loved working with Shelley the best :)
