  Now that the dust has (mostly) settled on our 13th move, I can say with complete honesty that Adam and his team were the best lenders we have ever had. He was kind, humorous, attentive and informative, and we especially liked his weekly updates. With previous lenders, I usually had to contact them for updates, but Adam never missed a week. Brittany was also available to answer questions, and I got speedy replies to my emails, sometimes far later in the evening than I would have expected her to be working. And this was also a relatively painless process. They first gave us a list of everything they needed to start the loan process, so all we had to do was scan and email those documents and then tick that task off the list. Even my husband was impressed. All in all, it was an extremely smooth process, and we couldn't ask for a better lending team!

  My husband and I recently considered buying a large piece of property. What we did not realize is that loans for this type of property are not available through all mortgage companies. A friend of mine referred me to Tim McBratney with Pacific Residential Mortgage and we sat down with him to talk about our options. What a great guy! Tim has been in the business for many years, so he knows everything about the process and can get your loan processed faster than anyone I’ve heard of before. All the processing is done in-house, which saves a lot of time not having your documents shipped all over the place and waiting for it to return. He was also very honest with us about the entire process and what we could expect. We ended up deciding not to buy the property, but we will certainly go back to Tim when we are ready to make our next home purchase.
