      Pam is the quarterback you need on your 'get me in a house' team! My realtor introduced me to Pam when I panic called him to let him know that the lender who had pre-approved me told me he "didn't think he could make it happen after all" and I should probably start thinking of alternative options. I genuinely thought I was going to have to rent for another year or two and try again. Not only did Pam "make it happen" but she gave me several options to choose from as far as structuring my loan, including an option to use down payment assistance that my first guy had never even mentioned. Sharing your financial details is never fun, but Pam is so kind and encouraging that going through the process with her is painless. I moved into my new house this weekend and couldn't be happier. Call Pam already! You'll be so glad you did!
