He was readily available to answer any questions I had and was able to break things down into easier to understand concepts. He made the process of buying my first home very easy and stress free.   Josh was extremely helpful throughout the entire mortgage process. No matter how small the question, he was always willing to talk through and explain.   Everyone says that buying your first house is an extremely difficult and stressful process. I, thankfully, was advised to reach out to Ann Coyne and her team in regards to obtaining a pre-qualification letter in the beginning of my home buying process. Ann returned my initial phone call on a Sunday evening and I had a pre-qualification letter in my inbox within an hour. Unfortunately buying a house nowadays is like finding a needle in a haystack. When my pre-qualification letter expired, I reached out to her team again and met Josh Pinard. The experience that I've had with him throughout this process was remarkable. This was my first experience with obtaining a mortgage and was completely clueless. I originally thought a FHA loan would be ideal for me but Josh took it upon himself to explain that a conventional loan would increase my chases of having my offer excepted. He answered all of my questions and made the process so easy for me. When I submitted offers he was more than happy to break things down for me financially so that I could have a clear picture of what I'd be walking into. He was quick to return my calls/texts and in a highly competitive housing market, this was key. After having an offer finally accepted, I was able to work with Angelina as well through the lender process. She also responded to emails quickly and let me know what she needed ahead of time to ensure a stress-free process. I received a commitment letter weeks before the proposed contract date and obtained a bank clear to close about a month after my offer was accepted. I highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage lender. I am a single mother of two children and without the guidance from Josh and his team, I don't know where we would be. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Josh and everyone at Paragon Homes, you are all absolutely amazing!
