  I was a first time home buyer with no knowledge of anything related to the process. Jeremy was patient and thorough with every step I needed to make. He taught me a lot about buying a home so that next time I will know a lot more going into it. I would recommend Jeremy Thomas to anyone looking to get a mortgage. He was always available by phone or email whenever I needed something or had questions.

  If I didn’t have Jeremy Thomas to guide me through the very arduous, stressful, long and confusing mortgage process, I wouldn’t be sitting in my great new house as I write this! He worked his magic with numbers which allowed me to get this house. He was very thorough and calm while dealing with a crazy, stressed out and tearful me!! He explained everything, always returned phone calls and made the process as easy as it could be. I would, and will recommend Jeremy whenever the opportunity arises. In the meanwhile, you should take my advice and let Jeremy be your mortgage guy! p.s. I’d like to also recommend SEFCU if your looking a mortgage company. Every, and I mean every, SEFCU person I spoke was helpful, informative and determined to help me and they did!! Just like with Jeremy I will always recommend SEFCU as the place to get your mortgage!

  We worked with Jeremy Thomas for our recent mortgage. Jeremy was great from the start of the (long and frequently confusing) mortgage lending process all the way to the end. In fact, we closed on our house a month ago and he's STILL helping us with things! He is always available to competently answer my numerous questions (even talked to me while driving, exercising, and called me back on his day off!) and laid things out in terms we could understand. He just really did a great job explaining our options throughout the process, recommended certain paths when we had multiple to choose from (such as providing a previously-unknown-to-us way for us to lock in a historically low interest rate a month before we closed), and helped us through every step of the way. We really felt like he was on our side - like he was working for us and not the bank. You can't go wrong with this guy. We couldn't be happier!
