  The team was super friendly and great with any questions we had they always had us updated on the loan and any changes on the process on the loan, they did everything possible to get us the best rate. If we could but more than one house right know we would gladly go back and choose them again. Thank you for all your done!

  We were referred to Gregg by someone we knew. He is very arrogant, & will only approve you for the type of loan that HE agrees with. He would always reiterate to us that he "has 30 years of experience" so he knows what is best. We wanted to see what we would get approved for with a conventional loan & Gregg refused to do that. Saying in an email "I still don’t know a purchase price &I also disagree there is no more difficulties with an FHA loan then a conventional loan but if you’re working with somebody else & you value their opinion and you’re welcome to use them I’m happy to help you but I’m not gonna argue about what type of loan". When our real estate agent also put several calls into him for preapprovals etc, she was ignored, & he would not return messages/calls to her. Ultimately we went with someone else that has been WONDERFUL, communicates consistently with our real estate agent & has MUCH better customer service skills than Gregg has. If you want someone that will walk with you through the process, be kind, humble, don't go to Gregg for that.

  Gregg & his team are absolutely amazing! I have never been through an easier process. Everyone is on top of everything & they are all fabulous to work with. I will never use another mortgage company again! Thank you all for being so great!!!
