Craig beggins, Katie Gundy, and Jeffrey Schwartz are crooks. They tried to change transaction to a 1031 on our way to closing. Than Right AFTER closing paramount title told us there were open permits on the property. They issued a supposed clean title yet it had open permits. Then the above reference people filed the title with the county wrong. There is absolutely no question Jeffrey Swartz played favorites with the affiliated Century 21, and refused to communicate during much of the crucial 72 hours prior to closing leaving us in the dark and requiring us to take extraordinary steps involving material time and money. I would highly recommend not using this shady title company. Buyer beware! Update! They sat they were going to contact me but never heard from them. They are legally in the wrong and won't refuse to respond to my request for my survey
