Disappointed in this bank. Horrible customer service and also many mistakes on or accounts. The worst one was we moved or loans to a different bank after be unhappy with Park bank and after a month goes by we get a call saying that Park Bank messed up on the payoff and that we owed them more money yet... So if you are thinking about banking with Park bank I’d do yourself a favor and look at other banks to help you out with your banking needs...
