I recently opened a personal account at Park Community, after having had a very positive experience there with an estate account. Jessica at the Mount Washington branch was great to work with. She explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. I opted to set up online banking on my own, which was easy and straightforward. Jessica followed-up several days later to make sure that I was able to get everything set up, and to answer any questions that I had. The staff at the Mount Washington branch are always friendly and efficient. I'm very happy with Park Community Credit Union!

I recently applied for a car loan and new account with Park Community. EVERY employee I was in contact with was extremely pleasant, helpful, and patient. The most impressive thing I found was that all employees working with me across the board were in tune with what was going on. It is clear they have a great communication system. With the help of the employees my car buying experience was painless! I definitely recommend!
