      This is the only bank in the world that will not let you access your account with a United States driver's license. The last time I interacted with Park National Bank I was asked for my street address, FULL social security number, my date of birth, my recent pay check amount, and 3 security questions. I am absolutely not comfortable with this. I can not find a reason as to why they need SO MUCH information for something like a balance. I am regularly charged fees that do not make sense and the staff is less than helpful at explaining. I have tried to update my address 4 times and I have given up as it is still incorrect. I was a customer of Richland Bank for years and the "new" Park National Bank makes me sick. I am happily moving all of my accounts to Chase, including all of my investments. Park National Bank is shady. I will never trust them with my money again.

      Hopefully these reviews save someone from using them, but they are not good. I don't even have a high standard for banks, but they have underwhelmed over and over again (not to mention straight up screwed me over). I cannot wait to pay off this loan so I can be done with them.
