      This place is usually slammed and super busy, but the kind customer service and the speed at which they help is impressive... They say you only leave a review if you are angry, so I just wanted to say this bank is usually the only one I use.. No problems yet, aside from some occasionally busy tellers!

      Do not get a car loan from these people, they will refuse to provide you your vehicle title until you pay off the car. I moved to a different state and needed the car title to register, and Park National refused to provide me any title documentation at all, claiming that they alone "owned the title". I had to get the license commissioner in the new state to fax over (because Park National still lives in 1997) a request to give them the title directly because they wouldn't give it to me. When my husband called his loan company, they overnighted him a title with no complaint. Park National also does not allow you to set up automatic car loan payments through their portal, I had to set up bill pay through my (more modern and capable) bank to have them automatically snail mail a payment every month. You also can't change any of your personal information online either, you have to call. Overall they've been a total pain to work with and I don't recommend them to anyone.

      I wish I could do negative stars! This place is horrible, I suggest you do business elsewhere. How can it take so long to get electronic titles released???? Sure did not take them that long to accept my money Update: asked for contact info, which I gave them. And then no contact, just a game to make it look like they care!!!
