The IT department works on the website and App. They always fail to tell the customers Customers try to log in and get locked out. This upsets customers. I have complained before. The least they could do is warn customers.

Needed $200 in 5's for an event..... $110 of them should have already been sent back to Federal Reserve to be destroyed!! 2 staples was actually in one of them...Are people that lazy to do the paperwork and send back? I sure wouldn't like to have in my wallet let alone embarrassed to give as change to people...EAST SIDE NEEDS TO STEP UP & BE A BIT MORE PROFESSIONAL
