  I spoke with two reps (1 with CU Rewards,) and the other two with OHECU. The two reps with OHECU were truly the kind of representatives you want to speak with when you have a problem to be resolved. I didn't get the name of the first rep sadly, but she was equally responsible and transferred me to PAMMY THOMPSON. Pammy Thompson was "professional, she was patient, she was a dynamic listener," and knew when to take control of my personal problem. She placed me on hold, did the necessary research and came back to the phone with the strategies to my problem and walked me through the process "step-by-step" with an explanation of "WHY" it was necessary to carry out each new function. Thank you Pammy Thompson and thanks to OHECU for the remarkable, professional approach for which "YOU" represent the values of OHECU for OHECU clients.

  I’ve had to use this credit union to make payments on my car note because it’s the closest partner for Telhio Credit Union. Almost every interaction has been awkward and uncomfortable as most of the ladies are pretty rude. I made payments here every month for 4 years, no issue and then one woman in there refused to let me make payments because my loan had my maiden name on it still. Now I can’t even make payments here because they’re closed when I leave for work, closed when I come home, and the only day I had available being Saturday they’re now closed. Very inconvenient. I’m going to finish my final year on my loan making payments out of my way in Reynoldsburg so that I will never have to deal with this credit union ever again. My family will never be customers here either.

OHecu is part of the Shared Branching network and is happy to provide service to members of other credit unions. There are certain security measures and precautions we take before performing any transaction. We apologize if our extra identity verification steps were an inconvenience to you or appeared as poor service. As for our branch hours, we adjusted them in November to better serve OHecu member needs.

  I do shared banking with the OHecu in Zanesville and am always taken care of with my inquiries. The staff are super informative, polite and friendly. Definitely recommend.
