      All they cared about was getting my loan application in as fast as possible. Frank didn't listen to the numbers I told him and was just trying to rush me into submitting an application and paying the $6,000 for an appraisal, which I did. He told me it would be a total cash out refi and the underwriter said they could only do a contractor's draw. I also told him our rehab costs remaining were $750,000 and he told his underwriter we only had $250,000 remaining. When the underwriter found out what I had been telling them the whole time, they said they couldn't do it.
