      If you go out of town and use your debit card their fraud department will deny your payment and shut down your card. I live in Harrisonburg and couldn't even use my debit card in Virginia Beach. Terrible. Also, they will make you jump through more hoops than any place on the planet, even for a tiny loan. I've been banking there since the 80's and have never been 2 seconds late on a loan and they made me feel like I was asking them to give up their first child. Oh, and anytime you want to use the app or online banking you have to through the verification process....every time. Go anywhere else.
