      I would give it a five but with the ATMs are so dang high off the ground that I have to literally get out of my car to make a transaction

      I don't want a bank account anymore. The magical fees are unreal, every time I withdraw all my money it says I'm negative $1.60, unreal!

      Don't use these guys for auto lending if you want to actually have your title. They decide to use the post office and not use priority mail so that it can easily get lost then make you pay for a duplicate that's not the original. Just use your own bank. -Update still haven't gotten my title or duplicate to get plates transferred over to my home state that expire in a month. Talked with the upper level management that gave the same excuses and still better off working with my own bank next time for auto loans.
