      They won’t let you know if your account goes negative. They’ll just keep charging you every day until you figure it out. There is no sense in urgency on their behalf in solving transaction disputes. Their customer service is poor. I’ve been there 25 years and am not treated like it.

      Just moved to the area and they approved me for an auto refinance no problem. Then it was time to open a checking account. IMPOSSIBLE. Went in to the bank personally with my 6 month year old daughter. After 2 hours of waiting in line and an additional hour being "helped" I was denied since they can not verify my address in their system. A government issued COLORADO driver license and a rental contract with my landlords phone number on the contract does not suffice? It's such a shame they have decent rates. They can't help me get a checking account, someone who has perfect banking history and a perfect credit? Crying out loud I have 9 houses and you cant create for me a simple checking account. How are they going to help when other issues arise? There problem solving skills are non existent. Thanks for wasting my time, I will gladly give my money to another institution that is more professional. I decided to go with acfcu for a 1.79% apr on a 55k pickup for a 7 year loan.
