      I’ve heard great things about Patelco but I have tried to open an account for 2 months. The lady her name is Karen Lewis was very nice, but for some odd reason she wont contact me when she says , gave me some excuse as to why I couldn’t open the account and said she’d contact me when everything’s done. Never got a call and she didn’t respond to my email. I’m sure she’ll look like she’s seen a ghost if I go in and ask her what’s going on. Thank God I actually don’t need to do that though I’ve found a better credit union and I don’t have to worry about it anymore …I thought I’d tell about this experience. Never experienced anything like that in my life and Hope no one else does

      ATM always out of service, and when it's working unable to read checks. Technology decades behind regular banks. I hate going inside because they are so slow and weird.... moving all my money to different bank..
