I believe I owe Patelco this great rating.We went in today for an auto loan. We had easily made an appointment with Cindi, the branch manager. Cindi was very helpful, polite, professional and punctual. She kindly explained the process for us and walked us through the steps and got it done very well. It was a wonderful experience to do to business with Cindi, and San Mateo Patelco. 100% recommend the branch.

35 min on hold listening to all the wonderful services that you cant use cause NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE...... Going to drive the 30 miles and close this account. Far to angry to continue this review. July 2022 Again finding myself needing to call Patelco. Called 3 times while driving about 20 mineach time on hold NEVER were my calls picked up.

Patelco Credit Union is my first choice financial institution in San Mateo. The employees are professional, friendly, and very helpful. Branch location and hours are convenient and accessible. The online banking system and app make life so much easier. I recently applied and received a personal loan through Patelco. Cyndi Melo stayed late to insure the loan was processed in a timely fashion. The experience was so easy! Communication through the entire process was exceptional! I received the loan payout and it was deposited into my account within 24 hours! I highly recommend Patelco (San Mateo)! Thank you Cyndi
