  I was using Google Maps to pull up directions to this branch and noticed a review that isn't remotely indicative of my experience with Bryner. My family and I have been working with him for months and his service and knowledge are wonderful.

  This was my first visit to Patelco credit union at Sunnyvale and I was very impressed with the looks of this credit union. I called this branch ahead of time to schedule the appointments so that I do not had to wait and my appointment was confirmed with Bryner one of the Bankers over there at Sunnyvale location. I was at the branch on time but still had to wait to meet this banker Bryner for about 30 minutes. This was a very unpleasant situation because I had an appointment but had to still wait. I had to remind the teller that I am still waiting but she did not showed any interest. At last I finally met Bryner and I was very disappointed. He felt rude and was disrespectful. He started opening accounts without even having my consent and also without explaining me about the different accounts and benefits they offer. He started insisting me to apply for a credit card although I clearly told him that I am not looking for any credit products. I do not know why he was not listening to me on the first place and why he was selling me products that I am not interested in. He also wanted to refer me to a FA that I never asked for. I would never bank with this credit union is because It seems like this credit union is doing some shady business to get in more business. When I asked him that I would like to speak with a Branch Manager he just looked at me with a weird look and told me to leave!!!! I am really surprised how this credit union is still in business with these types of unprofessional employees.

  Sunnyvale branch has very poor customer service. The teller Christina does not gets thing in the first place and I have to repeat myself couple of times. She does not speaks English properly and also the way she was talking to me made me feel uncomfortable. She was asking too many personal questions. The Patelco credit union should hire some professional tellers. Thumbs down!!!.
