      Difficult to get on the phone. Also they charge you for your monthly statement. They didn't mention that when I opened my account. However, when I went in to talk to them about it the teller waived the fee and I really appreciated it. The bank itself isn't great but the people are nice.

      Very dissapointed. I went in to close accounts for an estate. The Lacona branch demanded the original court documents that allowed me to be the Administrator. I said they could not keep the originals. Their legal department said they could copy them. When they handed my documents back to me I did not check them, I just put them in a folder. When I went to use them at another bank I found that one of the court documents was a copy not an original. I contacted Pathfinder. They said they only had copies, no originals. Pathfinder copied the originals. Where did it go. How did I end up with a copy? I never copied them.
