      Hardest place to give money to that I have ever been to! Went to drive through, and was told I couldn't use my debit card there, and had to go inside. Okay, stupid,but ok. Went in with the ticket for the payment, and card, and sent BACK to car for ID. I don't know anyone that's going to pay a payment that they don't owe. Ridiculous.

      Hi Cindy. Thanks for your feedback. We regret you feel we were not able to meet your member service expectations. Patriot does require that when making payments with a debit card, the transaction must be made inside the branch and requires an ID. We try to keep drive up transactions to quick service items and we are required as an institution to complete additional paperwork when using a credit or debit card to advance money using our cash advance machines including capturing ID information. In the future using cash, check or a transfer from your patriot account are the fastest ways to make payments to your loan.
