  Patty and her team was AMAZING from start to finish. Nothing sky if HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and RELIABLE. I even referred a family member who was with a different lender and Patty and her team were honest that they couldn’t help her or give her a better interest rate because she DIDN’T do a rate lock like I did. If I had to do it all over again I would. I truly enjoyed working with Patty and her whole team.

  I have had 2 home purchases and 1 refinance in the past and all of those experiences were so frustrating because it is such a difficult process (and each time I vowed NEVER to do it again). BUT that wasn't the case with Patty and her team. I am not exagerating when I say she made the process so much easier. Even when we had snags (which all cases realistically have) they were so smoothly handled. Even my realitor who was hesitant to work with a mortgage broker she was unfamiliar with, said that Patty was one of the best, especially in communication and promptness. I am proud to say that now Patty is on my realtor's list of preferred brokers to work with (I feel like I made a "love connection." lol.) I feel blessed that I found her and will be happy to refer others to use Patty as well; so they too can experience such a painless home buying process.
